Drop your file here

Change the order of pages in a PDF by dragging them. You can also rotate pages, remove pages and insert blank pages before saving.

How to use Organize PDF Pages

  1. Choose a PDF file.
  2. Drag page thumbnails to reorder them, or use the arrow buttons under a page to move it earlier or later.
  3. Use the buttons under each page to rotate it left or right or remove it. Click Add blank page to add an empty page at the end, then drag it into place.
  4. Click Save new order and download the organized PDF.

What it does

  • Drag and drop pages to reorder them.
  • Rotate individual pages left or right in 90 degree steps.
  • Remove individual pages.
  • Insert blank pages, sized to match the page before them.
  • Reset button to go back to the original order.
  • Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable.

Good to know

  • Works on one PDF at a time; use Merge to combine files first.
  • Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.
  • At least one page must remain.

Your files and privacy

Pages are rearranged inside your browser and your PDF is not uploaded to Docshar's server for processing. If you are signed in, Docshar counts your operations (tool, number of files, sizes and page counts), never the file contents. See the Privacy Policy.

Questions

Can I rotate just one page?

Yes. Use the rotate buttons under that page. Only that page is turned when you save.

How do I add a blank page in the middle?

Click Add blank page. It appears at the end of the list, and you can drag it to any position.

I made a mistake. Can I start over?

Click Reset to restore the original page order, with no rotations or removals.
