Convert PDF to PowerPoint

Convert PDF to a PowerPoint presentation (.pptx). Each page becomes a slide.

Drop your file here

Turn a PDF into a PowerPoint presentation. Every page becomes one slide, sized to match the first page of the PDF.

How to use PDF to PowerPoint

  1. Choose or drop a PDF file.
  2. Click Convert to PowerPoint.
  3. Download the .pptx file and open it in PowerPoint or another presentation app.

What it does

  • Standard .pptx output
  • One slide per PDF page
  • Slide size matches the first page of the PDF
  • Pages of a different size are scaled and centred on their slide

Good to know

  • Each slide holds a picture of the page, so text and shapes cannot be edited in PowerPoint.
  • Very long PDFs produce large presentation files.

Your files and privacy

The presentation is built inside your browser; the PDF is not uploaded to Docshar's server. If you are signed in, Docshar counts your operations (tool, number of files, sizes and page counts), never the file contents. See the Privacy Policy.

Questions

Can I edit the text on the slides?

No. Each slide contains an image of the PDF page. You can add new text boxes and shapes on top, but the original content is not editable.

What slide size is used?

The slide size is taken from the first page of the PDF. Pages with a different size are scaled to fit and centred.
